Monticello Railway Museum

The Monticello Railway Museum is an all-volunteer organization located in central Illinois. We offer train rides on weekends and holidays from May through October with a number of special events throughout the year. Trains run regardless of the weather conditions. You are also welcome to visit our train yard and shop buildings where the equipment is maintained and restored.
